Terms

The terms, cut short.

Last updated · September 1, 2026

Use Zoro for your own work. Your tasks stay yours — we claim no rights to them. Pro is billed by Apple, and you can cancel any time. The app is provided as is. The full terms are below; they're short.

Accepting these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and LeadVibe LLC, the company that operates Zoro ("Zoro," "we," "us"), for your use of the Zoro apps and this site. By downloading, installing, or using Zoro, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Zoro.

Your license to use Zoro

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zoro on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This license is for your own use of the app as intended. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app, except where that restriction can't be enforced under law.

Your content

You own the content you create in Zoro — your tasks, projects, notes, and reviews. We claim no ownership of it and don't use it to train anything. Keeping your work backed up is your responsibility; see our privacy policy for how Zoro stores and syncs data.

Pro and payments

Zoro has a Free tier and a paid Pro upgrade. Pro is available as a recurring subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, and a free trial may be offered. Current prices and trial terms are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy.

All payments are handled by Apple through the App Store — we never see your card details, and no other payment processor is involved. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription, and see renewal dates, in your Apple Account settings — cancel at least 24 hours before a renewal to avoid the next charge. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Use Zoro lawfully. Don't use it to break the law, to infringe others' rights, or to disrupt or attack the service or the systems it relies on.

Availability and changes

We're still building Zoro, so features may change, ship, or be removed over time, and we may update or discontinue parts of the service. We work to avoid breaking your data, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimer

Zoro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You use Zoro at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of Zoro. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

App Store and Apple

These terms are between you and Zoro only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we'll update the date above and post a notice in the app's settings. If you keep using Zoro after a change, you accept the updated terms.
