FAQ
How do I sync between my devices?
Sync is free — on every tier. Zoro uses CloudKit. Sign into iCloud on each device with the same Apple ID and sync happens automatically. No account to set up, no password to remember, no sync button to press.
I don't see my tasks on another device.
Check that both devices are signed into the same Apple ID, and that iCloud Drive is enabled. iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps using iCloud → Zoro should be on. If issues persist, force-quit the app and reopen — first foreground triggers a sync fetch.
Does Zoro store my data on any server?
No. There is no Zoro server. Your tasks live on your device and sync to your other Apple devices through your own iCloud — sync runs through Apple's CloudKit, which means your data lives in your iCloud Private Database. Zoro's developer cannot access it.
What happens if I unsubscribe from Pro?
Your data stays exactly where it is — and the free tier keeps unlimited tasks, projects, and sync. You'll lose access to Pro depth (the Weekly Review's insight cards, History, Trends, the stats dashboard, subtasks, custom statuses) but no existing data is deleted. You can re-subscribe any time and pick up where you left off.
Is the $59.99 one-time price really lifetime?
Yes. One-time purchase, no recurring charge, Pro features enabled forever on any device signed into your Apple ID. We can offer this because Zoro has no server costs — Apple Developer Program ($99/year) is the only infrastructure expense.
Why no widgets / Shortcuts / Apple Watch?
Those are planned for v2. We chose to ship v1 small and focused. iPhone and Mac first, sync first, no half-built features. Widgets and Shortcuts are next.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Zoro → Delete Data. This removes all your Zoro records from iCloud. Then delete the app to remove the local cache.
I have a bug to report or feature to request.
Email brian@leadvibe.app. Solo developer, all feedback hits the same inbox.
Will there be an Android version or web app?
No Android. A web version is in development as the expansion lever after iPhone and Mac launch. Zoro is built on CloudKit, so Android isn't possible without abandoning that architecture.
Still stuck?
Email brian@leadvibe.app. Include your iOS or macOS version, device model, and a short description. A screenshot helps if you can attach one.
