The finish.

Zoro learned to finish. A project that's done can be closed instead of deleted and keeps its history, the weekly review asks what's next once, and when something breaks there's a way to tell the person who builds this.

  • ›Close a project. When the work is done, close it instead of deleting it. Open tasks are cut loose or moved to another project, the finished ones stay in your stats and season review, and the project waits in Library › Closed projects if you ever want it back. A project with nothing open closes in one click. Mac, iPhone and web. Free.
  • ›Report a bug. Settings › Support on every surface, and at the bottom of the sidebar and drawer. It opens a mail to the person who builds this, prefilled with your app version and row counts — never your task names, notes or event titles. Free.
  • ›Open on. On iPhone, choose whether Zoro opens to Today, Personal or Business. Settings › Open on.

  • ›One question at the end of the week. The weekly review now asks for next week's objectives once, not twice — the trio is Plus, Minus and Next week's objectives — and no longer flags projects you already know have gone quiet; the sidebar health dot carries that signal. Older weeks keep the note you wrote.
  • ›Drag in every list on iPhone. Reorder and move tasks between sections in a project's list view. The other sections show themselves at half strength while you drag, so you can see where a task can land.
Fixed
  • ›Clearing something on the web now clears it everywhere. Uncompleting a task, removing a due date, stopping a timer or unlinking a goal on the web used to quietly come back a minute later; it now sticks, and reaches your Mac and iPhone.
  • ›A task linked to a goal now reads correctly in dark mode on Mac and iPhone.
  • ›Deleting a status in Settings on iPhone no longer pushes the page off the screen.

  • ›Your tasks, on your calendar. Connect Apple Calendar and Zoro keeps a calendar of its own: an all-day event for every dated task, a timed one for every reminder. Move or rename one there and the task follows; deleting one brings it back. Zoro never reads or touches your other calendars. Part of Pro, on Mac and iPhone.
  • ›An MCP server. Point Claude Desktop or Claude Code at Zoro and let it read and work your board — create, move, cut, cut loose, plan — through the same rules you use, WIP cap included. Runs on your Mac from Settings › Automation; your data stays in your iCloud. Part of Pro.
  • ›Quick filters. Priority, size and due chips narrow the list, board or calendar you're already looking at, on Mac, iPhone and web. Free, because finding your own tasks is not a feature.

On the web they ring in the tab while it's open; web push comes later. Reminders stay out of your stats, so errands never touch your numbers. Part of Pro.
