Your day holds your tasks now — they live on your calendar, an agent can work the board, and the list and the stats page answer when you ask.

  • ›Your tasks, on your calendar. Connect Apple Calendar and Zoro keeps a calendar of its own: an all-day event for every dated task, a timed one for every reminder. Move or rename one there and the task follows; deleting one brings it back. Zoro never reads or touches your other calendars. Part of Pro, on Mac and iPhone.
  • ›An MCP server. Point Claude Desktop or Claude Code at Zoro and let it read and work your board — create, move, cut, cut loose, plan — through the same rules you use, WIP cap included. Runs on your Mac from Settings › Automation; your data stays in your iCloud. Part of Pro.
  • ›Quick filters. Priority, size and due chips narrow the list, board or calendar you're already looking at, on Mac, iPhone and web. Free, because finding your own tasks is not a feature.

  • ›On iPhone, a task added from inside a project lands in that project.
  • ›Restoring a snapshot while sync is still catching up on a new device could double records. Restore now waits, and says so.

  • ›On iPhone, a project could show two Todo columns on the board and two Todo sections in the list, with the same tasks under each. One column now, wherever you look.
  • ›A duplicated record could also surface as a column listed twice in a status menu, a repeated line in a task's history, or a size counted twice in your stats.

  • ›Reminders: for the things that take no time. Type "call mom !9pm" and get a nudge at nine — a push on iPhone and Mac, a quiet banner if you're already here. On the web they ring in the tab while it's open; web push comes later. Reminders stay out of your stats, so errands never touch your numbers. Part of Pro.
  • ›Subtasks show up in your lists now, tagged with the task they belong to. Tap the tag to jump to the parent.
